Foreign exchange transactions are presently restricted on JuiceByMCB Seychelles.
You are kindly requested to submit your transfer requests through Internet Banking or in Branch towards approval by the Bank, which is having to manage foreign currency reserves more carefully in view of the current tighter conditions.
All other JuiceByMCB transactions remain available during this time.

Security awareness:
Bogus calls via Viber, WhatsApp and telephone

Dear Valued Customer, It has been brought to our attention that members of the public are being contacted and asked to disclose their personal and banking information, such as card numbers, personal identification numbers (PINs), and national identity card numbers, in order to collect a prize in cash, which they have supposedly won at a lottery. Please be very cautious as these calls are made by fraudsters, with the sole purpose of stealing money from your account. These calls are mostly made through applications such as Viber and WhatsApp. It is important to note that:

  • MCB does not use apps such Viber or WhatsApp to communicate with customers and will not contact you via this method
  • You must never share personal, confidential or banking information

MCB would never ask you for your account number, PIN code or other personal details.

  • Avoid any visit to our branches if it can be delayed further

Our level of service remains unchanged until further notice;
and all services will be maintained, albeit with a potential delay due to lower staffing.

Adopt digital channels such as Cards, JuiceByMCB Seychelles and Internet Banking.

Make use of our ATM services for:

  • Cash deposit (Providence and Caravelle House only)
  • Check balance/ Mini statement
