As recommended by the Maldives Monetary Authority, please note that the Bank will be closed on Wednesday 5th August and Thursday 6th August and we will be resuming our activities on Sunday 9th August.

Our Male’ and Hulhumale’ branches will be strictly open on an appointment basis basisfor Cash Transactions, MoneyGram Funds Transfers, Customer Service or for Trade Finance requests.

Moreover, customers not wearing face masks will not be allowed within our premises.

For other types of transactions, we strongly encourage all our customers, for their own safety, to make full use of our Internet Banking platform or to submit their instructions by email.

We have been advised that fraudsters are contacting members of the public by SMS, from a foreign number, requesting individuals to visit a website and change their Internet Banking login details.

Please do not respond to this type of message.

Remember that the bank will never ask for your login details or account information through email/SMS/ telephone calls.
Never give your bank codes and/or passwords to anyone.
