Validity extension of expired card

Due to the unavailability of postal services during the confinement period, our customers might not have received their renewed cards.






34 MCB branches will be open from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays). Our branches at Montagne Blanche, Plaine des Papayes and Stanley remain closed.

Retail fees waived during the COVID-19 outbreak

In order to help our customers in these difficult times, we have taken various measures. In this context, the following fees are being waived from 1st April to 30th June 2020:

  • Cash withdrawal fee when withdrawing from another local bank ATM
  • Failed standing instruction fee
  • Failed direct debit fee
  • Fee charged on funds transfer between MCB accounts
  • Fee charged on funds transfer to another local bank
  • Credit card late payment due fee
  • Credit card overlimit fee
