The purpose of the "COVID-19 Household Support Scheme" is to allow customers to apply for a relief on their loan repayment for the upcoming month(s), subject to the applicant's eligibility. This initiative aims at supporting our customers in those difficult times in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Validity extension of expired card

Due to the unavailability of postal services during the confinement period, our customers might not have received their renewed cards.

All our branches are open, Monday to Thursday (9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.) and Friday (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).


Retail fees waived during the COVID-19 outbreak

In order to help our customers in these difficult times, we have taken various measures. In this context, the following fees are being waived from 1st April to 30th June 2020:

  • Cash withdrawal fee when withdrawing from another local bank ATM
  • Failed standing instruction fee
  • Failed direct debit fee
  • Fee charged on funds transfer between MCB accounts
  • Fee charged on funds transfer to another local bank
  • Credit card late payment due fee
  • Credit card overlimit fee

We also encourage you to stay safe and use our digital channels, namely Internet Banking and Juice, for your transactions.
